How long does it take to receive my order?

We are a small team working very hard to fulfill orders. Orders usually take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered depending on your location. Please note that it may take longer to deliver an order during periods of high order volume. But fear not! We are sorry to hear this! Sometimes tracking information can accidentally mark an order as delivered before it actually arrives. If you do not receive an order within the next 24 hours, please message us HERE. Do not allow more than 3 days to pass after the last tracking update.

Hi there! We are more than happy to try and change the shipping address of your order as long as it hasn't entered the packaging process! We can only change your shipping address if the order has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that shipping address changes may be limited during periods of high order volume.
