Step 3: Tap the three bars at the top left and tap on ‘Account’ again
Step 4: Tap the ‘down’ arrow next to ‘My Account’ and tap on ‘My Orders’
Step 5: Scroll down to find all your orders and their information (Order number, price, item / service purchased, etc.)

Depends! We are more than happy to change the shipping address of your order as long as it hasn't entered our packaging process! Please send us a message HERE and someone from our Customer Service team will get back to you. We recommend becoming a site member for smoother communication. Make sure to include your full name, order number and the updated address. We can only change your shipping address if the order has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that shipping address changes may be limited during periods of high order volume.
Yes! We are more than happy to change the email address of your order if you are a member of our site! Please send us a message HERE and someone from our Customer Service team will get back to you. Make sure to include your full name, order number, original email address and the updated email address. Once we update your email address, we can resend your order confirmation email.
