If for any reason you are unable to purchase directly from our website, please send us a message HERE and someone from our Customer Service team will get back to you. How do copyallycat candle services with updates work?

Accepted Answer

Each service serves different purposes and therefore require different completion times. Please know, you will NOT get a call at the time/day of the appointment. In addition, the majority of services can take up to 4 weeks to complete. We suggest carefully reading service descriptions before booking.

Candle used during service vary depending on availability. copyallycat adds special secret oil mixtures to each candle service in order to enhance the effectiveness of the candle work.

Starting August 5, 2024, candle services will no longer include updates.

Question 3

What is the difference between "Express" and "Update" services?

Accepted Answer

Express Services = No updates. A TikTok on @copyallycat will show her fulfilling the services.

Update Services = Some type of communication after a ritual is booked. (Can be a video, image, email, message, etc. Varies by service.)

Asides from Phone Call Services, We DO NOT call/update on the day/time booked. You are booking a ‘spot’ not an ‘appointment’. Services may take up to 30 days to be completed.

All copyallycat services are available for limited time. Prices and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service.

How do tarot readings work?

You will receive a phone call at the number you input when purchasing you reading. The reading will last for 15 minutes as long as your answer when we call. No refunds will be awarded unless reading is not possible due to our side. You will be called THREE TIMES. If you are unable to pick up by the third call, this will result in an appointment cancellation and no refund will be provided. Please note, tarot reading availability varies each week. PLEASE USE REAL PHONE NUMBERS NOT NUMBERS FROM THRID PARTY APPS.

How do copyallycat roller spells/perfumes work?

copyallycat's original roller spells are easy to use. Apply spells on your wrist or on your neck TWICE everyday. You can only wear 2 roller spells at once. If you want to use more than 2 spells, you need to alternate between them. (For example: Use spells A+B in the morning and use A+C or B+C or C+D in the evening). External use only. We strongly advise performing a patch test on your skin with a small amount of the product to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

How do copyallycat spray spells work?

copyallycat's original spray spells are easy to use.  Spray spell 2 times per use as many times as you wish throughout the day. You can use as many spray spells as you wish. Spray spells can be combined with roller spells (but only use 2 roller spells at one!) External use only. We strongly advise performing a patch test on your skin with a small amount of the product to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

copyallycat's original oil spells are easy to use.  Apply a few drops in your wrists or neck. You can use your oil spell as many times as you wish. Oil spells can be combined with roller spells and spray spells (make sure to only use 2 roller spells at once though!) External use only. We strongly advise performing a patch test on your skin with a small amount of the product to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

How do copyallycat lotion bar / soap bar spells work?

All soaps and lotion bars sold by copyallycat are easy to use. Both products are already prepared and all you have to do is use them as regular soaps / lotion bars. External use only. We strongly advise performing a patch test on your skin with a small amount of the product to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

Do you ship candles?

Physical candles are available for short and limited periods. They ship like any other regular shipment from copyallycat. Please note, candle services are a separate thing.

Why does your discalimer say "for entertainment purposes only"?

There are two reasons we put this disclaimer. The first one, although it may be hard to believe, tarot reading is not legal in some places of the United States unless they are for entertainment purposes only.

The second reason, due to legal reasons, we must state our candle services are for entertainment purposes. copyallycat is not responsible for any actions taken by clients. Services are not meant to be taken as legal advice. If you need legal advice, please seek a legal advisor. If you are experiencing a medical or health condition of any sort, please seek professional medical assistance. All our candles come from one manufacturer and therefore candles may burn similarly. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE.

We do our best to always have products in stock. Nevertheless, many of our original spells consists of seasonal items so they are hard to always have in hand. We suggest following our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts to be the first one to find out about our restocks and sales!

Sometimes, our team likes to get a little more creative than usual and we release limited edition items! Unfortunately, some of our ingredients are seasonal. This means we are only able to sell them once. Hence, they are last call items.
