What is your return policy?

Hello! We are happy to refund any order that happens to arrive unsalvageable as a result from our side. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges otherwise. If you would like to receive a refund, please send us a message HERE and someone from our Customer Service team will get back to you ASAP. Make sure to include your name, order number and the reason as to why you would like a refund. Refunds usually take 2 to 5 business days to be reflected.

We currently do not accept returns. If you decide to unilaterally return your package, there is nothing we can do. You will not only be responsible for the costs incurred, but you will also be left without your package and without a refund.

Hi there! We are currently accepting all major credit/debit cards as well as AfterPay.  We are currently working on an in-person pickup option for local customers.

If you accidentally place a chargeback for your order, you need to contact your bank immediately to get it resolved and also contact us as soon as possible. If the chargeback hasn't been placed for a long time, we may be able to work something out with you. Failure to do so, will result in us no longer doing business with you as chargebacks have a negative impact on our business.

Throughout the year we offer discount codes to everyone who is subscribed to our newsletter and to those who follow us on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Simply copy and paste or type in the EXACT code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Promo codes cannot be combined and they cannot be applied towards shipping.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the price difference of any item once an order has been confirmed. We are also unable to honor promotions outside of the promotion time frame.
