What countries do you ship to?

Hello! At the moment, we currently ship to the US and Canada. We hope to be able to offer international shipping soon!

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

We are a small team working very hard to fulfill orders. Orders usually take 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered depending on your location. Please note that it may take longer to deliver an order during periods of high order volume. But fear not! If you ever have any questions regarding your order, please send us a message HERE and someone from our Customer Service team will get back to you.

Do you combine orders?

In an attempt to prevent us from sending you and overload of emails, we do our best to combine orders. Please note that during periods of high order volume, our service of combining orders may not be available. In any case, our team will email you any order updates.


my order says 'delivered' but i have not received it.

We are sorry to hear this! Sometimes tracking information can accidentally mark an order as delivered before it actually arrives. If you do not receive an order within the next 24 hours, please message us through our site within 3 days of the last tracking update.


delivery & returns delays.

Hi there! We are sorry to hear your order has been delayed. We do our best from our side to quickly ship your orders. However, once your order is transferred to our shipping carriers, we are not unable to rush a delivery.


can i redirect my order to a different address?

Hi there! We are more than happy to try and change the shipping address of your order! Please send us a message HERE and someone from our Customer Service team will get back to you. Make sure to include your name, order number and the updated address. We can only change your shipping address if the order has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that shipping address changes may be limited during periods of high order volume.

 
Why does my order status say 'unfulfilled'?

Hello there! Please do not worry. If your order says unfulfilled, it simply means your order is still being processed and has not shipped yet.
