We DO NOT call/update on the day/time of appointment. This service may take up to 4 weeks (30 days) to be completed. Please BE PATIENT. This service includes a ONE ON ONE update on how your candle is burning mid-way. You will not receive an update after the candle finishes burning because the paper with the information you provided burns completely. What we need: At checkout, please let us know the full name and date of birth of the person this service is supposed to benefit. Process: 1. Place order and wait for confirmation email. 2. WE print order and add your info to our candle(s). 3. WE send over update based on your service selection Communication: Make sure to use a reliable email at check out. Cancellation Policy
Candle services are a spiritual aid. Some clients see results fairly quickly but for others it can take even months. Variables including the severity of the person’s problems/obstacles and their trust in the service impact results. No refunds will be awarded unless your candle work is not possible due to copyallycat’s fault. Due to legal reasons, we must state our services/classes are for entertainment purposes. You are paying for a digital document (in this case pictures) which will be sent to your email. copyallycat is not responsible for any actions taken by clients.
