No refunds will be awarded unless your candle work is not possible due to copyallycat’s fault. Due to legal reasons, we must state our services/classes are for entertainment purposes. You are paying for a digital document (in this case pictures) which will be sent to your email. copyallycat is not responsible for any actions taken by clients.
