If you do not provide a photo, we will use the name and d.o.b you provide. *Please do not send photos with sensitive information (Birth certificates, driver licenses, identifications, job/uniform, etc.) Process: 1. Place order and make sure you get a confirmation email. 2. WE print order and add your info to our ritual(s). 3.
