return Policy?

Hello! We are happy to refund any order that happens to arrive unsalvageable as a result from our side. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges otherwise. If you would like to receive a refund, please send us a message HERE and someone from our Customer Service team will get back to you ASAP. Make sure to include your name, order number and the reason as to why you would like a refund. Refunds usually take 2 to 5 business days to be reflected.

I want my refund redirected to a different account.

Unfortunately, we are only able to offer refunds to the original point of purchase. For assistance on how to reroute fund to the correct account, please reach out to your bank. 

 

What happens if my package Is Returned after it ships?
 

Hello, there! We are sorry to hear your package was returned. In the case that this happens, we will send you an update email and offer a full refund.


What happens if I return my package after it ships?
 

We currently do not accept returns. If you decide to unilaterally return your package, there is nothing we can do. You will not only be responsible for the costs incurred, but you will also be left without your package and without a refund. 


What happens if My package is determined 'undeliverable'?

Hi! We are sorry to hear your package was deemed undeliverable. Please send us a message HERE and someone from our Customer Service team will get back to you. Make sure to include your name and order number so we can ship your order again.
